Retainers are banded by learner volume and by how many new courses you expect through the year. We confirm the band after reviewing your platform and the state of the current catalogue, then put it in writing. Nothing is billed by the hour.
No. We can take over an existing platform after a review of how it is set up and what state the content is in, and we will tell you plainly if something needs fixing first.
A course built from material you supply, with quizzes and a certificate. Writing a process from scratch, or producing video, is scoped separately.
Yes. If learner numbers grow or your course needs change, we re-scope rather than let the agreement drift out of line with what you actually use.
You do, including everything built during the retainer. It stays yours if the retainer ends.
We handle platform administration and admin-level questions. Day-to-day learner queries usually sit better with your own team, and we train them for exactly that.
Yes, with the notice period set out in the agreement. You keep the platform, the courses and the reporting history.
