SAP Ariba · Our specialism

Get your suppliers transacting on Ariba, properly.

When a major customer moves you onto SAP Ariba, we handle registration, catalogue enablement and transaction support from the supplier side, then stay on for the compliance cycle that follows. Most SAP consultancies stop at the buyer. This is where we do our best work.

Where we differ

Most SAP consultancies stop at the buyer side.

When a large buyer moves onto Ariba, its suppliers are left to work out onboarding, catalogues, invoicing, and compliance on their own, usually with no support and a hard deadline set by someone else’s procurement team. That gap is where we do our best work.

A typical SAP partner

Implements Ariba for the buyer, hands over documentation, and closes the project.

GRUU Diamond

Implements for the buyer and stays with the supplier network through onboarding, first transactions, and the compliance cycle that follows.

What is included

Four things we handle, start to finish

Registration & ANID setup

New supplier registration handled end to end, plus legacy ANID remediation where duplicate or orphaned accounts are already causing transaction failures.

Catalogue & PunchOut enablement

Product and pricing catalogues built and published in the format your buyer’s Ariba network requires, including PunchOut where the buyer supports it.

Invoice & SES transaction support

Ongoing support raising invoices and service entry sheets correctly the first time, so payment is not held up by a rejected transaction.

Ongoing compliance monitoring

Once you are live, we monitor for the errors and rule changes that cause transactions to fail, on a retainer rather than a one-off project.

Pricing

Banded per cycle, not billed by the hour

Enablement is scoped against your transaction volume and how much remediation your existing Ariba account needs. We review the account first, then put scope and cost in writing before any work begins.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

An ANID is your Ariba Network ID. Suppliers who have used Ariba before sometimes end up with duplicate or orphaned ANIDs from a previous buyer relationship, which causes new transactions to fail silently. Remediation means identifying which ANID is correct and consolidating or correcting the account before onboarding.

A straightforward registration with no legacy issues can be live in one to two weeks. Where ANID remediation is needed, or catalogues are complex, three to five weeks is more typical.

Often, yes. Many buyers have a supplier enablement team who need to approve registration and catalogue details. We handle that communication as part of the engagement.

No, it is optional. Some clients want us to walk away once they are transacting successfully. Others prefer ongoing monitoring because Ariba rule changes and account issues can silently break transactions months later.

This page covers Ariba enablement specifically. Broader SAP MM and S/4HANA services are covered on the main SAP Consulting page, and we can scope both together if that is what you need.
