Who we are

GRUU Diamond Limited is an IT management and consultancy firm helping organisations optimise their technology, improve how they work, and unlock new opportunities. We deliver practical, outcome-focused work across SAP, IT strategy and support, web platforms, digital learning and automation, with a commitment to accountability and measurable results.

Why we exist

Technology spending without accountability is just cost.

We founded GRUU Diamond to give organisations a more focused alternative: specialist expertise, practical delivery, and direct access to the people responsible for the outcome. Large consultancies are structured to sell hours and vendors are structured to sell licences. We built this to sit on the other side of that.

How we work with you.

Fixed scopes and retainers

We agree scope and pricing before work starts. No hourly billing, because hourly billing pays us to be slow.

Independent and impartial

No reseller agreements and no vendor commissions. When we recommend a platform, that is an assessment, not a placement.

You own what we build

Code, licences, documentation and logins transfer to you at handover. No lock in, nothing held back as leverage.

Direct access

A named contact who does the actual work, rather than an account manager relaying messages to a delivery team.

George Uche

George Uche is an IT business analyst and SAP consultant with experience across SAP MM, S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, procurement transformation and enterprise technology. His work spans energy, manufacturing, automotive, construction and public sector organisations, combining functional consulting expertise with practical delivery in IT strategy, digital solutions and web technologies.

He founded GRUU Diamond to give organisations a more focused, accountable and value-driven approach to technology consulting: one that prioritises real outcomes over billable hours.

He also works on Green Supply Chain Management, helping organisations build more sustainable and resilient supply chains through technology, responsible procurement and data-driven decision making.

We maintain a lean core and engage trusted specialist associates, contractors and delivery partners when a project requires additional expertise. That gives you access to the right capability at the right time, without paying for the overhead of a large consultancy, and without a junior team learning on your engagement.

Where we are different

Most SAP consultancies serve the buyer. We work the supplier side.

When a large buyer mandates Ariba, the suppliers are left to work it out, usually with no support and a deadline. That is the gap our SAP practice was built around: supplier side enablement, account remediation and materials management for organisations too small to interest a global consultancy and too dependent on the outcome to guess at it.
