Website Design & Build

A fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before we start.

Strategy, design, build, content migration and launch, delivered as one project. You know what is being built and what it costs before any work begins.

This is a project, not an ongoing retainer.

This page covers designing and building the site. Keeping it updated, secure and backed up afterwards is Website Care & Support, priced separately so you can see what each part costs.

What is included

Four things every build includes

Discovery before any design

We start with your audience, your competitors and what the site has to achieve commercially. The sitemap comes out of that conversation, not out of a template.

A custom design, not a bought theme

Interfaces designed around your brand and your actual content. You see and approve the design before development starts.

Built for speed and search

Responsive across devices, with SEO foundations and Core Web Vitals treated as a requirement of the build rather than something patched afterwards.

Handover and training

We train your team to edit the site and hand over every login and document. You own everything we build.

How we scope and quote

Every project is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, agreed before work starts. Larger builds are staged so you can see progress at each milestone. We put the figure in writing after a discovery conversation about what the site actually needs to do, because quoting a website without that conversation is guesswork.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

It depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback come back to us. We give an indicative timeline at quotation and agree milestones in writing. Most projects reach a first preview around two weeks in.

Yes. You own the design, the build, the domain and the hosting account. Every login is handed over at launch.

We recommend one during discovery and explain plainly why the other two do not fit your case. Most marketing sites are best served by WordPress.

Yes. Content migration is scoped and quoted with the rest of the project, so it does not arrive later as a surprise line item.

You can run the site yourself, or move onto Website Care and Support for updates, backups, monitoring and a monthly allowance for changes.

Yes, WooCommerce with local payment gateways including Paystack wired in properly. That is scoped as part of the build rather than sold as a separate service.
